Barriers Facing Access to Justice (including an overview of Legal Aid)

The event aims to give an overview of the barriers facing front line advice agencies and charities as they try to provide assistance to the most vulnerable within our community.

With ongoing cuts to Legal Aid over the last decade, join us to learn how the current system works and how to support the most vulnerable in our communities - including helping those who are eligible and those who fall outside the scope of legal aid.

Event topics will include areas such as language, NRPF, disability, digital exclusion and provide a realistic background of the current Legal Aid system and eligibility.
