Legal Aid Means Test Review – Understand the Changes

This session will be led by the Law Society’s head of justice, Richard Miller, along with the MoJ civil servant in charge of implementing the means test review.

With more means assessments expected and less passporting, this would be a good opportunity to find out how you might prepare for the change, currently expected in next winter.
